  3. Add flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk. Cook until thickened.
  5. Add shrimp, potatoes, carrots, peas, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the baking dish, sealing the edges.
  8. Cut a few slits on the pastry to allow steam to escape.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  10. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  11. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
