Stir in the flour until well combined. Slowly whisk in the seafood stock, heavy cream, and white wine.

Add the potatoes, carrots, peas, shrimp, and crabmeat. Cook until the vegetables are tender and the seafood is heated through.

Stir in the parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.

Roll out the pie crust and place it over the seafood mixture, trimming any excess dough.

Cut slits in the crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
