  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion, carrot, and frozen peas for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the Worcestershire sauce and beef stock to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet and mix well.
  6. In a separate pot, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  7. In a baking dish, spread the ground beef mixture evenly. Top with mashed potatoes.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
