Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Beef Stock
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 cup Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the onion, carrots, and peas to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, beef stock, and flour. Cook for 2 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie dish.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Remove from heat and stir in the mashed potatoes, egg, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Spread the mashed potato mixture evenly over the beef mixture in the pie dish.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Let the pie rest for 10 minutes before serving.
