Ingredients
  • 2 cup Leftover Turkey
  • 2 cup Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  3. Add the flour and stir well to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until thickened.
  5. Add the leftover turkey, carrots, peas, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
