Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Add the flour and stir well to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until thickened.

Add the leftover turkey, carrots, peas, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
