Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the onion, carrot, peas, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

In a separate pot, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and return to the pot.
