  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the onion, carrots, peas, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
