Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the onion, carrots, peas, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

In a separate pot, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter and milk until smooth.

Season the beef mixture with salt and black pepper. Transfer it to a baking dish.

Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the beef mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown.

Let the Shepherd's Pie rest for 10 minutes before serving.
