Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 cup Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion, carrots, peas, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and black pepper to the slow cooker.
  3. Stir in the cooked ground beef.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  5. Prepare mashed potatoes separately.
  6. Spread mashed potatoes over the beef mixture in the slow cooker.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
