Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat. Add the onion, carrots, peas, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. In a separate pot, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes on top. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
