  3. Add the onion, carrots, peas, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  4. In a separate pot, boil the potatoes until they are soft. Drain the water.
  5. Mash the potatoes with butter and milk until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to a baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Allow the Shepherd's Pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
