Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add the chopped onion, carrots, and peas to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.

In a separate pot, prepare mashed potatoes by boiling potatoes until tender, then mashing them with butter, salt, and black pepper.

Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to a baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the mashed potatoes are golden brown.
