Shepherd’s Pie is traditionally made with lamb, but this recipe adds a twist by using ground beef instead.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add the onion, carrots, peas, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

In a separate pot, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown.
