  2. In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, active dry yeast, sugar, olive oil, and salt. Gradually add warm water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.
  4. Spoon the lamb mixture onto the center of each dough circle.
  5. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, forming a triangle shape.
  6. Place the sfiha on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
