Ingredients
  • 2 pound Potatoes
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 sheet Pie crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and dice the potatoes. Boil them until tender, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté the onion, carrots, and peas until tender.
  5. Return the ground beef to the skillet and add the beef broth. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
  6. Add the butter, milk, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir until well combined.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes evenly on top.
  8. Place the pie crust on top of the mashed potatoes, sealing the edges.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
