Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and allow them to cool. In a frying pan, melt 40g butter and fry the chopped onion until soft. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, then gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Stir in the seafood mix, capers, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for a few minutes until the seafood is cooked. Mash the cooled potatoes, then mix in the beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Spoon the seafood mixture into a baking dish and top with the potato mixture. Dot the remaining butter over the top and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and bubbling. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
