Add the mixed seafood, frozen peas, fresh parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Transfer the seafood mixture to a baking dish.

Roll out the pie crust and place it over the seafood mixture, trimming any excess dough.

Cut a few slits in the crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
