  5. Add the mixed seafood, frozen peas, fresh parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Transfer the seafood mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Roll out the pie crust and place it over the seafood mixture, trimming any excess dough.
  8. Cut a few slits in the crust to allow steam to escape.
  9. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
