Ingredients
  • 200 gram Oats
  • 50 gram Whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add vegetable oil and water to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough is formed.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch (6 cm) thickness.
  5. Cut the dough into rounds or desired shapes using a cookie cutter.
  6. Place the oat cakes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow the oat cakes to cool on a wire rack before serving.
