Ingredients
  • 400 gram Scallops
  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 150 gram Peas
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 50 gram Flour
  • 250 milliliter Chicken stock
  • 100 milliliter Milk
  • 400 gram Potatoes
  • 150 gram Kale
  • 100 milliliter Cream
  • 50 gram Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their juices.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and stir well.
  5. Slowly add the chicken stock and milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
  6. Add the peas and scallops, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  7. In a separate pot, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter, cream, salt, and pepper.
  8. Place the scallop and mushroom mixture in a baking dish and top with the mashed potatoes.
  9. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  11. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
