Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Crab meat
  • 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, panko breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, and parsley. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
