Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Salmon fillets
  • 1 sheet Pie crust
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a greased pie dish with it.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until translucent.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Place the cooked onion and garlic mixture on the bottom of the pie crust. Arrange salmon fillets on top.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the salmon.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the filling is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve the salmon pie with lemon dill sauce on the side.
