Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.

Meanwhile, peel and mash the roasted sweet potatoes in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, flake the cooked salmon into small pieces.

Add the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, lime juice, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper to the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix well to combine.
