Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Salmon Fillets
  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • 1 sheet Pie Crust
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the salmon fillets over medium heat until cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, dill, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a greased pie dish. Arrange the cooked salmon and blanched asparagus on top.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the salmon and asparagus.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the pie is set and golden brown.
  8. Let the pie rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
