Salmon Asparagus Pie

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the salmon fillets over medium heat until cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool.

Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, dill, salt, and pepper.

Roll out the pie crust and place it in a greased pie dish. Arrange the cooked salmon and blanched asparagus on top.

Pour the egg mixture over the salmon and asparagus.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the pie is set and golden brown.

Let the pie rest for 10 minutes before serving.
