  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Set aside.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry and line a pie dish with it.
  6. Arrange the salmon fillets, cherry tomatoes, and sautéed spinach on top of the pastry.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the filling.
