Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Pie Crust
  • 3 ripe Bananas
  • 1.5 cup Blueberries
  • 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.25 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 beaten Egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  4. Add the blueberries, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, lemon juice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix well.
  5. Pour the banana blueberry mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Dot the top of the mixture with small pieces of butter.
  7. Cover the pie with the second pie crust, sealing the edges.
  8. Brush the top crust with beaten egg.
  9. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  11. Allow the pie to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
