  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until thick and pale yellow.
  4. Gradually add the oil, vanilla extract, and milk to the egg mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the flour mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and springs back when lightly touched.
  8. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  9. Place a clean kitchen towel on a flat surface and dust it with powdered sugar.
  10. Carefully transfer the cake onto the towel and remove the parchment paper.
  11. Spread the strawberry jam evenly over the cake.
  12. Starting from one end, roll the cake tightly using the towel.
  13. Let the cake cool completely in the rolled position.
  14. Once cooled, carefully unroll the cake and spread whipped cream over the surface.
  15. Place sliced strawberries on top of the whipped cream.
  16. Roll the cake back up, this time without the towel.
  17. Trim the edges if desired and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  18. Slice and serve chilled.
