Rocky Crunch Cakes are inspired by the classic Rocky Road ice cream, but in a cake form with added crunchiness from the cereal and nuts.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a baking pan.

Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture while whisking.

In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.

Fold in the crunchy cereal and chopped nuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
