Ingredients
  • 800 gram Chicken Pieces
  • 2 piece Pears
  • 1 bunch Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, thyme, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish and pour the olive oil mixture over them. Make sure the chicken pieces are coated evenly.
  4. Arrange the pears and green onions around the chicken pieces.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the pears are tender.
