Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, combine the rhubarb, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.

Pour the rhubarb mixture into the pie crust.

Dot the top of the filling with small pieces of butter.

Cover the pie with another pie crust or create a lattice pattern with strips of pie crust.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before serving.
