  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the flour.
  4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust. Sprinkle the chopped rhubarb evenly over the cream cheese mixture. Spoon the strawberry jam over the rhubarb. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the top.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
