Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chicken or Turkey
  • 12 ounce Pie crust
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, and peas. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add chicken or turkey to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
  5. Gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour the mixture into a pie crust.
  8. Cover with another pie crust and seal the edges.
  9. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  10. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  11. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
