  5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the cake balls chill for at least 1 hour.
  6. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  7. Dip each chilled cake ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
  8. Place the dipped cake balls back on the parchment paper and sprinkle with sprinkles.
  9. Let the chocolate coating set before serving.
