Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.

In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a large bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture and flour, stirring until well combined.
