  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup White chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Whipped cream
  • for garnish Fresh raspberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk. Gently fold in the raspberries and white chocolate.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Once the cake is completely cooled, spread whipped cream on top and garnish with fresh raspberries.
