Ingredients
  • 250 gram Pie crust
  • 2 cup Raspberries
  • 2 cup Peaches
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine raspberries, peaches, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top of the fruit with butter.
  6. Roll out the remaining pie crust and cut into strips. Create a lattice pattern on top of the pie.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  8. Allow the pie to cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
