Ingredients
  • 1 box White cake mix
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 box Raspberry Jello mix
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 1 container Whipped topping
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the white cake mix according to package instructions. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for the recommended time.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk. Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake.
  4. In a separate bowl, dissolve the raspberry Jello mix in boiling water. Pour the Jello mixture over the cake, making sure it fills the holes.
  5. Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour to allow the Jello to set.
  6. Spread the whipped topping over the chilled cake and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  7. Garnish with fresh raspberries before serving. Enjoy!
