Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the almond extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined. Gently fold in the raspberries and sliced almonds. Divide the batter evenly among a greased or lined muffin tin. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
