  2. Shape the mixture into small balls and place an almond in the center of each ball.
  3. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate with vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  5. Dip each coconut ball into the melted white chocolate, coating it completely.
  6. Place the coated balls back on the parchment paper and refrigerate for another 2 hours.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
