Ingredients
  • 200 gram Almonds
  • 200 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Sugar
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 200 gram Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and line a cake tin. In a pan, melt the butter, sugar, and almonds until golden. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and gradually add the flour and baking powder. Stir in the milk and almond mixture. Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 40 minutes. Allow the cake to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
