Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 4 cup Mashed potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the onion, carrots, and peas to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, butter, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the beef mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the mashed potatoes are golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
