Ingredients
  • 1 packet Digestive Biscuits
  • 200 gram Dark Chocolate
  • 150 gram Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Golden Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 100 gram Chopped Nuts
Instructions
  1. Break the digestive biscuits into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate, unsalted butter, and golden syrup together in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  3. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Add the broken digestive biscuits and chopped nuts to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a lined cake tin and press it down firmly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, remove from the tin and slice into servings.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
