Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fold in the cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese.

Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
