Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, egg, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped nuts. Sprinkle the streusel mixture evenly over the batter.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
