  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the raisins and chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt cake pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Once the cake is completely cooled, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
