In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.

Roll out the pie crust and cut it into circles to fit the tartlet pans.

Press the pie crust circles into the tartlet pans and trim any excess.

Pour the pumpkin mixture into the tartlet pans.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for another 10 minutes or until the filling is set.
