  • 1.5 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 can Evaporated milk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 0.5 cup Chopped pecans
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, evaporated milk, flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped pecans and melted butter. Sprinkle the pecan mixture evenly over the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 1 hour.
  7. Cut into squares and serve with whipped cream on top.
