Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • 0.75 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 piece Cinnamon sticks
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, evaporated milk, flour, melted butter, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.
  6. Cut into squares and serve with whipped cream.
  7. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, if desired.
