  • 2 sheet Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets
  • 1 cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Whipped Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Thaw the frozen puff pastry sheets according to the package instructions.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the canned pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and place it in a pie dish. Trim any excess pastry.
  5. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie dish.
  6. Roll out the second sheet of puff pastry and cut it into strips. Create a lattice pattern on top of the pie.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
  8. Allow the pie to cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
  9. Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
